Jerome “Jerry” Lewless
Jerry was born in Nassau, the Bahamas where his fathers family landed in the late 1800’s from England and France. Jerry’s parents met while his father working and living in Tampa, Florida where is mothers family has resided for 9 generations. After moving to Florida from the Bahamas, Jerry grew up working on his grandparents cattle ranch during the school year while spending his summers in the Bahamas with his fathers tourism business.
At age 19 Jerry obtained his real estate sales persons license moving on to get his real estate brokers license at 23. By age 30, Jerry was managing a team of more than 140 sales and marketing members supporting a $400,000,000 fractional ownership project within the Atlantis Hotel, Resort and Marina on Paradise Island, the Bahamas. During the last 35 years Jerry has developed, marketed and sold his companies developed lots in Windermere, Florida as well as more than $750,000,000 in transactions in Florida, the Bahamas and Mexico where he lived for 3 years.
Jerry has two children of which one is in college and the youngest a junior in high school. During his spare time, Jerry spends a great deal of time in the outdoors ranging from snow skiing in the west to fishing in the Bahamas. One his greatest blessings is that his children enjoy sharing in his adventures whether at home or on vacation.
Real estate is local in nature. Jerry’s vast network of personal and professional relationships allow him to provide his clients with a far superior level of knowledge related to their markets of interest than can be found through traditional channels such as the internet.
